another busy day

So the phone rang this morning and it was a lady from Lambeth house wanting to place a to go order to be picked up around noon. She ordered FOURTEEN sandwiches!! The CEO came to pick them up and introduce himself and he loved the place. He wiped out my sweets and as soon as they walked out the restaurant filled up. Everyone eating and talking and laughing...I LOVE IT!!! People stopped me to tell me how amazing everything was and how they can't wait to bring their husband, girlfriend, etc. I already have two big cake orders for Saturday and I just got an e-mail about a catering order. Yay!!!
