Well, we passed the fire and health inspections and are now waiting for our occupational license. The restaurant is very close to being finished and we should open NEXT WEEK!! Evan has taken off most of this week and all of next week, thank god. I really need to hire a dishwasher but I'm still kind of shocked it is really happening. Our Grand Opening Celebration will be July 2nd, from 6pm to 8pm. We will have wine and tasty treats. Please come! My Dad, Uncle Jon, Uncle Dan, Aunt Kathy and Brother Rob are all coming in for it. Can't Wait.
